How to set up your LinkWi GPON modem in 10 minutes

Setting up your LinkWi GPON modem is straightforward and takes about 10 minutes.

Step 1: Connect the Fiber

Insert the fiber optic cable from your ISP into the SC/APC port on the modem. You’ll hear a click when it’s properly seated.

Step 2: Power On

Connect the power adapter and wait for the PON light to turn solid green (about 2-3 minutes).

Step 3: Configure Wi-Fi

Connect a device to the default Wi-Fi network (printed on the label) or via Ethernet. Open a browser and go to 192.168.1.1 to access the setup wizard.
